Versa 2 unresponsiveness

For about 2 weeks now my new Versa 2 has limited screen responsiveness. I can only swipe up from the home screen. I can’t swipe to side pages or swipe down for notifications. I’ve tried soft and hard resets, removing it from my app, making sure everything is updated, only having fitbit apps on the watch, but nothing has worked. It also restarts itself occasionally during the day. It still tracks my fitness and sleep but otherwise I am unable to use any other features. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
