The most recent update is ridiculous. Forced to share data with google and the app update removes all heart rate and sleep data. Seems to be a way to try to get people to buy new Fitbit’s. If it’s not fixed soon, like by tomorrow, they’ll be losing this loyal customer. Disappointed to say the least. Also, my current Fitbit bersa 2 is only 2 years old and the battery has stopped holding its charge as well within the last month. With the update and now watch starting to not hold charge, it appears they are trying to get us to have to buy a new watch every other like they the cell phone companies are doing.
