Versa 2 vibrating randomly during Exercises

My brand-new (got it 3/24/21) Versa 2 is suddently vibrating randomly - without any notification popping up - while I'm using it in various Exercise tracking modes including Workout, Weights and Walk. It seems to only have started happening since I installed the latest update. 

 

I've tried changing my watch face, and also restarting it several times, without any luck.

Those are Zone Notifications telling you when you change heart rate zones.

In the Exercise App, after selecting exercise type but before starting, scroll down to see more options specific to that.  One is called "Zone notification" you can turn on or off, and that will apply just to that exercise type.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
