All vibrations stopped working on my Versa 2. Have gone through all the fixes at the forum but nothing works. And the vibaration is totaly dead.
Looked at all the settings and also reset to factory settings but it didn't help.

Hi!
Yes I tried them all, and nothing worked. The watch won't move in any way. So it seems to be a michnical problem. Not in the softare.

Hi @Lidh91 - it won't fix it but try the SimpleVibrate app which shows the 8 different vibrations possible. If none work it is indeed a watch fault.

@Lidh91- thanks, you could try a factory reset but it is unlikely to fix it, and may render the watch useless. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for help with that.
If it is still under warranty it can be replaced.
