Hi there i need help with my Versa 2 please, it just stop working and screen not responding, no green light in the back 😌😌

Have you tried charging it and if fully charged and still not on
Press and hold the back button for 10 seconds until it vibrates or you see the Fitbit logo on the screen then release the button. |
