My fitbit versa 2 has been working fine for nearly a year and then I woke up this morning to my screen rolling white and feeling a bit warm.
I haven't worn it all day and put it on charge as phone said it needed charging.
I've come home to the screen still doing the same.
I cant do anything with it including turning it off. The screen isn't cracked or anything and I always have a protective cover on it to prevent any damage.
Can anybody please help me

Did you ever get a solution to this? Mine did it a couple months back and while on the phone with tech support, it resolved itself. It just happened again tonight and I’ve reset it 10-15 times.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DanDL2.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your watch. I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Since you've tried already restarting your watch, I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
