Versa 2 white screen

Versa 2 screen flickering and white. Happened mid workout. Won't reset or do anything. Black or white screen only. Just over a year old 😞

If you tried pressing the button for 10 seconds to restart it and it still has no usable screen probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly. They may be able to help you.

If you can get a screen try

 

Shut down watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to reappear]
