I’ve had a Versa 2 now for nearly 2 years had no problems with it , suddenly at the weekend it stopped working it left me with a whit screen, I’ve tried to restart but it’s still got the white screen on a iPhone,

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
