Please help!
I have received a brand new Versa 2 today which I bought after I had a faulty Alta HR. Unfortunately I appear to have been sent another faulty device after paying another £85 for the privilege!
After connecting to the charger for the first time all I get is a white screen. I can't pair with my phone because it won't display the 4 digit number required. I literally just get a white screen and nothing else.
I have also tried to reset it numerous times by holding down the button for 10 seconds as advised by the app.
To say I'm disappointed would be a massive understatement 😞

I would make sure it's fully charged and then continue to attempt a reset on it as advised until contacted by support.....My Versa 2 became faulty as well and I'm waiting on my replacement under warranty to be sent.....you are not alone in this and best of luck....keep this thread updated at your convenience please....

Thank you for your reply. I thought Fitbit's were a premium product but I'm beginning to think otherwise now. I've had 2 different Fitbit models now and neither have worked. I will leave it on charge but I'm not expecting any improvement. It should be displaying it's charging status I presume but all I get from it is a white screen.
Hopefully Fitbit support will make contact and I'll keep you posted on progress. Fingers crossed I may receive a device that works at some point, maybe 3rd time lucky?
