Versa 2 white screen

My Versa 2 randomly started showing a blank white screen. I tried to reset it and put it on the charger, but neither has worked. Every time I enter the app, it states it is unable to pair with Bluetooth. I tried to forget the device and reconnect, but the device will not connect.
