Versa 2 flickers with a white screen and doesn’t show display screen . Have tried reset . Flashes with white screen predominantly, and every now and then the display screen is evident.

Hi there, @Terradaktil. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerI powered the Fitbit off, and now it only happens intermittently, compared to all of the time. Still randomly occurs but less often. Since doing this, the device battery level now seems to go lower a lot quicker ?
My Versa 2 has exactly the same problem. My original has an overheating problem so my replacement is a few weeks old and started with this problem. It looks like I have been given a faulty replacement. Waiting for Fitbit support to get back to me with options.
