Versa 2 white screen

My Versa 2 screen is white.  Not showing anything else.  But it's still tracking through my phone.  Any suggestions?  I've reset it several times.

Hi @TinaG70 - did you try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If the logo appears correctly try changing the clock face, from the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.
