Had trouble syncing my Fitbit within the app so went into Bluetooth settings on my phone and forgot the device. This did not help so I went into the Fitbit app (most up to date version) and tried to re-add the device. My iPhone will “find the Fitbit” however appears unable to connect to the device and just times out every time. I have turned Fitbit and phone on and off, turned Bluetooth on and off and even factory reset the Fitbit with no luck. The device is now completely unusable as I cannot pair it with a phone. I have tried this on two different phones too and keep getting the same issue so definitely don’t think it is a problem with my Bluetooth. Must either be the Fitbit or the only other possibility is the wifi however I am not sure how as this also seems to be working fine. Please help.
