Versa 2 won´t change time and will not show steps on App

I am traveling for holidays and changed time zones. I followed instruction on line but Versa 2 will not change time. Also my Versa 2 will not show steps in App on my Android smart phone. Any tips to solve these problems would be appreciated.

Note: Logout of the app and restarting your phone and watch often cures the problem.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ValleyRyder. I´m sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won´t change time and that it doesn´t show steps on the App.

Please pair your device again with your account. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add another device to my account?
