Are there any help for the versa 2, it's not charging

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi @omarie - presumably you mean Versa 3, if so check potential issues How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
