Versa 2 won't charge

The Versa 2 is not charging. There is a red bow like image on the battery image

Hello @Sushmitak 

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Versa 2? Here’s  how…just hold your button on the left side of your Fitbit continuously until you see the Fitbit Logo. Usually only takes 8-10 seconds. Once the Logo appears let go of the button and see if that fixes the issue.
