Hello...my Versa 2 charger doesn't seem to charge. I have made sure it is facing to correct way ion the cradle but it doesn't seem to be responsive. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks.

Hi, @Callyo! Have you tried plugging it into another outlet/brick to make sure the issue is with the Fitbit hardware? Also make sure the contacts are clean on both. Finally, have you checked that the pins are still popped out on the charger? That seems to be a common failure.
