Versa 2 won't charge

My versa 2 will not charge. I have tried this in multiple USB ports and the charger has not been around any water source/anything that could break the charger. The button to light up the screen is also very temperamental, sometimes not working at all and sometimes requiring multiple hard presses before the screen will light up.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Regarding the button issue, try using a toothpick around the button in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality.
