I’ve tried to charge my Versa 2 twice in the last couple of days. Thought it charged both times, but power ran down to 0%. Has anyone had to buy a new charger?

My versa has stopped charging in the last two days, wont reset either I just get a flashing battery with 0% showing, the back of the watch also looks blown out, it is no longer flat.
