I bought my Versa 2 in February of 2020 and loved everything about it. Then somehow my charger that came with it broke all apart so I bought a new one, an actual Fitbit brand charger because I know the off brand ones aren’t recommended for optimal function. Well I put it on the charger and it was just a black screen no power I figured it was gonna take longer because the battery was completely dead. 30 mins go by and nothing, 24 hours still nothing so I went and exchanged the charger thinking maybe it was defective. Take the 2nd new charger home and the same thing happens. So I still can’t charge it and can’t use it I am really upset and don’t know what to do to fix the problem

Same here! Versa will not charge!! I have used 2 different charges and neither work! I contacted customer support with this same issue a couple of weeks ago; I was told to clean the back of versa with alcohol and toothbrush which I did and it started working again. I have tried doing this again but still will not charge. I am very disappointed!! Don’t know what else to try.
