I bought the for my daughter for Christmas last year and we can’t get it to charge. I just bought a new charger and it still only comes on briefly but then goes to black screen. I’ve tried resetting but it won’t respond to that. I’m very disappointed with this as it hasn’t even been a year. My Apple Watch is 3 years old without problems. I won’t invest in a Fitbit again if this can’t be resolved. Any ideas?
