I have the Fitbit Versa 2, finally got my Spotify account to connect with the Fitbit after a painful 4 hours and alot of frustration, but now I am having problems with my headphones..
They connected to my Fitbit, but when I pressed play on my Fitbit, my phone starts to play music and nothing comes out of the headphones, same with phone calls... I disconnected the headphones from the phone, so they're only connected to the Fitbit.. so why doesn't my music or calls come through my headphones?
Just so you all know, Fitbit Versa 2, Oppo A9 and Sony Extra bass wireless headphones 🤷:female_sign:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties with your Versa 2 and your Bluetooth earbuds. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're having this issue only with the earbuds that were mentioned in your post or with any other? If you connect the earbuds with your phone, are you able to play music there? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.
