Versa 2 won't turn on

Hi

 

My Versa 2 has died?? The screen is blank, so trying a reboot doesn't work. 

The charger is okay, and the terminals are clean.

It was working perfectly yesterday???

It's about 3 months out of warranty, so I'm hoping someone can help??

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Hi

No, it's completely unresponsive.

When you place it in the charger, the fitbit icon displays, then the usual
display, followed by a blank screen.
I've tried removing it from the charger during this period, but it
instantly goes blank.
It does show it as being fully charged??
Have tried all of the reboot/reset options, but with no display, this
hasn't worked either??
