I have been trying to recharge the versa 2, an when I connect it to the charger it says it’s charging but I can go back in 10 min even an or 6 hrs an the phone has not charged at all. Do I need a new charger? Or could there be an other issue?

Hi @SunsetRunner It outdoor be an issue with the charger, the watch, or with the connection between them. Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on charging issues. If that doesnt help you will need to contact Customer support
