Versa 2 won't charge

Have for many years purchased Fitbit’s this last one versa 2 only lasted 18months cannot get it to charge after extensive problem sorting so this will be my last Fitbit as they are now so expensive

Thanks for your reply but have now tired all options to try and get Fitbit working but have to accept it’s not going to work again 😩
