@Disappointed890 when you say that the tracker will not connect to Bluetooth. What do you mean?

  • Has the Versa 2 been setup to your account and you have a sync issue?
  • Or did you switch phones and you are trying to connect through the phones Bluetooth. This will be rejected by the tracker every time.
  • When switching phones, turn the old phone of, install the fitbit app, log into your account. The tracker should sync
  • Or are you setting up the the Versa 2 for the first time.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

How do I set up my Fitbit device?

@Hatefulledhag I'm not sure which issue you are having.

No new phone. Nothing has changed here. All other devises working and connecting no problem.

I would like a refund. Or a new watch please. This is very inconvenient.

I assume what has been suggesredgin the help docs havegbeen tried.

Have you tried

Stopping the fitbit app.

Clearing the fitbit app's cache?

Powered off both phone and tracker? Doing this clears many issues.
