@Disappointed890 when you say that the tracker will not connect to Bluetooth. What do you mean?

Have had no changes with my phone my Versa just stopped connecting all other devices work with my phone as usual. Thank you for the ideas 😃. Okay well everything suddenly starts g working again today 🤷:female_sign: Who knows but I’m glad it fixed itself

I assume what has been suggesredgin the help docs havegbeen tried.
Have you tried
Stopping the fitbit app.
Clearing the fitbit app's cache?
Powered off both phone and tracker? Doing this clears many issues.
