Hi all,
I have:
turned Bluetooth off/on
turned Versa 2 off/on
removed Versa 2 from account
uninstalled/installed app
factory reset Versa 2
My Fitbit app cannot find the Versa 2, it is 100% battery and the app is up to day.
What can I do? Help.

Mine is doing the same! My iPhone can’t find it all of a sudden? It’s disappeared! I’ve completely erased my phone and started from scratch. It’s only a month old 😞
