Versa syncing issue with iOS

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa was showing the incorrect time this morning but I was able to sync it and correct the issue.

It last synced just after 9am but hasn’t synced since.

i have gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions:

turn Bluetooth on and off

force close app and

delete and reinstall app

restart watch

restart phone etc

checked for updates and all apps and phone updates have been done.

last option was to remove device and then re connect but now my IPhone cannot find my watch at all.

Ive been through all the above again but to no avail. My phone will not connect to my watch at all. It just can’t find it.

Help!

Im very frustrated!

P.S In addition to not syncing with my phone (and therefore associated apps such as my fitness pal) it doesn’t even function as a watch now as the time is wrong (currently 15 mins  late)

Hello @J78, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for your reply

Last night my phone finally located my watch and they synced, this was about 10pm. I was briefly hopeful but it hasn’t synced since then.
This morning the watch is running 45 mins slow and is not connected to my phone by Bluetooth as it cannot be detected.

I have checked everything you suggested Except updating my Fitbit device as I cannot turn on All day sync because the IPhone and Versa are not connected via Bluetooth.

Jessic

You're welcome @J78, your reply is also appreciated.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa despite trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post. To further investigate and move forward, can you please let me know which specific iPhone are you using? There are other Bluetooth devices connected to your iPhone that may cause interference with the Fitbit? Is the Versa still paired with your account or it was unpaired from your profile and the Bluetooth settings too?

Looking forward to your reply.
