My versa 2 hasn’t worked for weeks now just says collecting data. I’ve tried everything. I can’t or I don’t know my 4 digit pin to reset either. What do I do thanks

I also have a problem syncing my versa 2. It was ok on Friday & watch is working, but not linking info to phone so not showing sleep patterns. I am fairly elderly & have been struggling to get into my app as it was not accepting my password. Moved it to my Google account so think that's ok now, can you please help me link it to my phone once again? It has worked fine for a year...

It has sorted it self out by running out of charge (as no connection I wasn't notified to charge it) In other words, just had to turn it off & on again! I should have known...😂
