Received a Versa 2 as a gift and having issues with notifications not working. Worked on another phone but not my Huawei Mate 9. It’s an android 8.0.  Other issues too. Like the weather app just stops everyday. Only restarts and works when I update manually.. Help. frustrating. May send the watch back.

@Caddes, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not getting notifications from your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
