Versa 2 won't receive text messages from my iPhone 12

I have rebooted and restarted and flicked off and on every notification setting I can, re paired, allowed every button I can find online to turn on and it will NOT send me text messages. I just bought this brand new and started fiddling with it, all updates are done and I don’t have a flipping clue why it will not send texts. So I’m annoyed, forgive me for being a little pissed but why allow iPhone at all if it’s just going to be this much of a hassle to get notifications on the watch? It was one of the major primaries of me buying the phone in the first place!

Hi there @Defnlovnit @Belenvera, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 smartwatches before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.

Since you're on iOS device and text messages is the only notification not coming through, I'd like to know if those messages are actually iMessages? I also have an iPhone and I had a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Same. Same. Same. I had. Charge 3, before I just got this versa 2. I had the same issue with not getting texts, but at least Id get alerts when I got a messenger alert or Google hangouts.  Now I get no notifications. I haven’t even felt the Versa vibrate at all. Honestly Fitbit, how can you disappoint so many customers and sit back and do nothing. Get your tech together!!! Please!
