Versa 2 won't respond

Versa stopped working and is now blank. How can I fix it?

Hi there, @howdj39. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

Have you tried charging your Versa? It seems like it may have ran out of battery. I'd recommend charging it around 1-2 hours to see if it responds after that period of time. If it doesn't, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
