Best AnswerCan I get an update on this issue as well. I cant scroll off the main screen and I am getting random reboots along with buttons not responding. I am at the end of my patience with this device and currently shopping for a different smartwatch.
Mine just started doing this too, and will randomly restart itself. I did a factory reset and it worked for an hour and then started doing the same thing again. I've only had my versa 2 for a month so this is very frustrating, especially for how much these things cost.

Best AnswerI wrote to fitbit and told them what was happening. They replaced it, there is no fix. It’s a fault with them and fitbit are aware of it.
