My versa 2 won't scroll of the main screen. I can restart it and it will work for a little and then start the problem again.

You say that you wrote to Fitbit.  What address did you use?  How long did it take to get your replacement Fitbit?

Had to call fitbit support and go through their troubleshooting

Only if it’s in warranty. Mine was working until I updated the firmware and now it won’t scroll up.
