Versa 2 won't scroll

My versa 2 won't scroll of the main screen. I can restart it and it will work for a little and then start the problem again.

I am having several issues with my Fitbit and very disappointed.  For the cost of these there should not be such a struggle to get it to work.

Can I get an update on this issue as well. I cant scroll off the main screen and I am getting random reboots along with buttons not responding. I am at the end of my patience with this device and currently shopping for a different smartwatch.

Mine just started doing this too, and will randomly restart itself.  I did a factory reset and it worked for an hour and then started doing the same thing again. I've only had my versa 2  for a month so this is very frustrating, especially for how much these things cost.

Ive got the same problem. Ive reset it, now the screen says Reset Fails, but I cant interact with the screen in any way. Its literally a couple of weeks old and cost $340!!!

Same her . No scrolling off the clock. Just got this a couple of months ago and it's in perfect condition.

You have to send it back in. Use the help and they will walk you through
minor troubleshooting and then replace it.

They ended up having to replace mine. There is most definitely a problem
that they need to fix.

I wrote to fitbit and told them what was happening. They replaced it, there is no fix. It’s a fault with them and fitbit are aware of it.
