Versa 2 not working and won't shut off.

Hi @ALEXAJADE, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 stopped working and it won't shut off, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
