Versa 2 won't start up

My Versa 2 would not start. It's only 13 month.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email and will reply to your last email in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Thank you for your reply.
They offer me 35% Of a new watch.
I don't think I will like to buy another Fitbit with this kind of customer
service.
You don't buy a watch to last 13 months.
