Versa sleep tracking and unresponsive screen issues

The day before yesterday, it didn't record my sleep patterns, which is why I bought it in the first place. Then, beginning yesterday morning, it wouldn't even give me the time of day. I get nothing but a blank screen.

Hi @EarlCarlson, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped recording sleep data and now it won't turn on the screen.

 

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help page.

My daughter helped me get the time working. But I found no information regarding sleep tracking for the Versa 2.
