I just got a Fitbit Versa 2 as an early Christmas present. Charged it all night. I'm trying to update the software (going in 3 hours), but it's not doing anything. It seems to be stuck in the icon mode. I reloaded the app, turned my phone off & on, etc. Still nothing but the icon on the Versa 2. Any suggestions on how to get my Versa 2 working would be appreciated.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Approved Devices list?

I have a LG-M327 Android. It finally downloaded the update (the 20 minute update took 3 hours!), and the Fitbit Versa 2 started up.
