Since the latest app update, both my wife and my Versa 2 will not swipe up to show our today stats. We swipe up and the Fitbit symbol shows, then it quickly goes back to the clock face. Our phones sync with our Fitbit app no problem. We have to use our phone app to see our stats progress for the day and it's not always convenient. We have updated our iPhones and have 16.7 versions, updated our Fitbit to latest versions, and reboot by holding the button on our Fitbit watch for 20 seconds. What is the problem, and what is the fix please?

Hi @Jah369 - the OS on the watch has a fault.
You can sync, then on the device page in the Fitbit App try add more devices and select your watch and replace. It might just fix it.
If that doesn't work you may need to do a factory reset and set up your watch again. It's possible a firmware update didn't fully work.
But beware a factory reset isn't without risk, it may fail or you may not be able to set it up again. Once started leave the watch for 5 minutes to complete.
