Versa 2 won't swipe

My fitbit verse 2 will not swipe. I have tried charging it and holding down the button to restart several times and it still won't swipe.

Hi there, @mrose0010. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I followed the steps for restarting and I changed the clock face (even
tried a few different ones) and it still doesn't swipe.
