Versa 3 straps are not the same anymore

Was supplied with a replacement Versa 3 some time ago but have just found that it’s a version that takes the old pin version of the watch strap not the current snap-in version.

Is it still possible to find the old style watch straps for the Versa 3. Have hunted around on the web but no joy so far.

Hello @Sjb99 and welcome to the Community.  Support sent you the wrong replacement watch band.  You might have some luck if you contact Support again and try to get it replaced with the correct model.  But to answer your question, the Versa 3, Versa 4, Sense, and Sense 2 all use the same band.  When you shop in the Fitbit Store, they are all grouped together as 24 mm bands.
