Versa 2 won’t switch on after reset

My versa 2 stopped working yesterday.  It’s 10 months old.  Some functions worked but with limited info.  Tried soft rest using button st side.  Now it won’t switch back on.  I’ve tried to charge it but that isn’t working either.  Please help.  Thanks

Hi @baggaley_8  Thats not good.  Try a button Factory reset, though it sounds like it may not work. If it doesnt help then contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Thank you @NellyG I’ve tried the rest several times.  I’ll contact Fitbit support.
