Versa 2 won't sync after update

Hi

 

I updated my software over the weekend and now my Versa 2 won't sync with the fitbit app on my Pixel phone.  It's counting steps on the device itself, but it's not showing in the app.

 

Suggestions on how to remedy this?  I'm trying to (re)set up wifi settings, but keep getting a circle of doom.  I've unlinked it to my phone via bluetooth, but now it won't reconnect, despite finding it in the list of bluetooth connections available.  I've also restarted it.  Rather frustrating, to say the least.

 

Hopefully someone has a solution to my current woes! 😛

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
