My versalite has gone haywire , won't sync, pair to my android phone,won't do anything I want to do , I think the last update had virus or some malware fitbit IT should look into this. I hope I'm the only one having this problems or theirs going to be a lot of very unhappy customers.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
