I followed all the instructions. I restarted my Fitbit. I turned my Bluetooth on and off. I deleted the app on my phone and then added it. I’ve done everything I was told to do and it will not sync.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed (even if some of them you've tried already):
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

HI @Pralene - unless the watch has a fault try the following procedure.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If this still does not help remove the watch from the phones Bluetooth and in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+Set up a Device"
