My versa 2 will not sync I've tried rebooting my fitbit, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth still couldn't.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Best AnswerDid all that and it now says that an app is needed to connect to Bluetooth. The app is there.
