Versa 2 won't sync anymore

Versa 2 no longer syncing. Last sync was Dec 29th. Now it only shows calories burned. Nothing seems to work to fix this.

Hi there, @Bcoulter38. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 stopped syncing on December 29th. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

Since I don't know the steps you've tried so far, please confirm whether you've performed the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above hasn't worked, please let me know if you're getting any error message either on the Fitbit app or your Versa 2 so I can go from there.
