Versa 2 won't sync my exercises

I understand that the versa2 is having syncing issues, but I don't get why it isn't storing my exercises. I turn on the activity tracker before starting a class or run but it's not saving any of my workouts. I was able to connect/sync it to my computer but still don't see any exercise data. That is infuriating!!

Hi there @Lauren1252325, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling. 

Have you made sure that your Versa 2 is properly syncing to your computer? To see when was the last time sync of your watch, go to fitbit.com dashboard and click in the gear icon in the upper right corner. If your watch has not recently synced, this would be the reason your workouts are not being transferred to your Fitbit dashboard.
