Versa 2 won't sync or stops working when it does

My versa 2 will go a week or two with out syncing. when I finally get it to sync the device doesn't work. screen goes black, green lights don't flash, and the button will not wake it up. A month ago it was working very well.

I have tried all of the resets.  It seems that every time I charge the battery on my Versa 2 it looses connection.  It doesn't record sleep hours, Pulse, Heart rate etc.  Now it will no longer stay connected to Noom. I've never had this issue with previous Fitbit watches of which I have owned 3.  I need assistance to replace this one.
